Tradeshow Avatar in a Box
Show them AI. Don't just say it.
Put a digital human in your booth. It greets visitors, answers in their language, and hands serious buyers to your reps. It is a P3 digital human and the P3 platform, run by a GPU laptop and shown on a 27-inch Looking Glass display.
It ships in one crate and sets up in 30 minutes. It keeps working on bad show wifi, and it reports back what the market asked. From $1,699 a month, all in.

Sound familiar?
Six booth problems. One crate.
From $1,699 a month, all in.
That fits inside the signing authority of most Directors and VPs. No upfront cost. One monthly payment covers the display, the laptop, the case, your branded avatar, and the platform.
A reusable crate to ship to every show on your calendar. In between shows, put your avatar to work in the lobby, the briefing center, or anywhere you need extra help.
Every tradeshow marketer knows these six problems. Here is what the avatar does about each one. First, on the floor.

Your booth looks like every other booth.
Aisles of look-alike booths. Giveaways draw the wrong people.
What the avatar does
Gives people a reason to stop. A digital human on a holographic display draws visitors over to see it and talk to it. It is the AI they try, photograph, and post, not a banner that says AI.
Every rep is busy at peak hour.
Visitors wait, then walk on. Travel costs cap how many reps you can bring.
What the avatar does
Opens a second conversation lane. It greets, answers, and asks a few questions. Then it hands serious buyers to a rep, so your team spends its time where it counts.
Answers drift off message.
New hires improvise. Approved claims get bent by day three.
What the avatar does
Answers only from your approved content. It tells the same story every time, in many languages, and it does not improvise from the open internet.
Before and after the show
The other three.
Follow-up, proof, and logistics. The parts that decide whether the show was worth it.

A badge scan is all you get.
Nobody knows what the visitor asked, so follow-up turns generic.
What the avatar does
Logs and scores every conversation. Your team sees what visitors asked, so follow-up starts from real questions.
Proving the show was worth it.
The CMO asks what you got. A lead count does not answer that.
What the avatar does
Reports back after every show: conversation counts and a ranked list of what the market asked. That is positioning, content, and competitive input from a show you were attending anyway.
Shipping, setup, wifi, and risk.
Gear arrives late. Show wifi drops. Someone tries to make your AI say something embarrassing.
What the avatar does
Ships in one crate and sets up in under 30 minutes. If the wifi drops, the GPU laptop runs the avatar locally. The governance module screens every prompt before it reaches the model.
One crate, everything included
Uncrate. Position. Power. Verify.

Display, marketing and delivery partner
Looking Glass

Someone at the show will try to break it. That is the point of this module.
A booth is the most public, most photographed place your brand operates. It is also the closest to the press. The governance module is the control layer between the visitor and the model. It is what stands between "someone tried" and "someone succeeded."
It runs in containers and works with any model or cloud. So policy stays on when the booth drops to edge mode.
Powered by 2Trust.AI
- Prompt injection and jailbreak defense, screened before the model
- Policy thresholds per category, with refusal messages you write
- Real-time monitoring of every interaction, live during the show
- Versioned blocklists and a full audit trail of every change
- Built for teams tracking the EU AI Act and comparable regulation
On the floor, hour six of day three
Same energy. Every language. All day.

Alors je continue en local. La conversation ne s'arrête pas.
Then I keep going locally. The conversation does not stop.
Three weeks, three gates
Content in. Crate out.
The clock starts when you deliver your content, not at signature. Each week closes on a gate you sign off.
-
01Week one
Discovery and content intake
Kick off and pick a persona from the library: name, voice, tone, and visual treatment. Then we take in your content against a checklist. That covers product sheets, approved messaging, FAQ, battlecards, pricing rules, and the topics that are off limits.
Gate: Signed persona brief and content manifest
-
02Week two
Build and configuration
We load and ground the knowledge base. We configure governance: category thresholds, refusal messages, blocklists, and the handoff rule that routes a serious buyer to a human rep. Your Legal or Brand team signs the policy. Then come persona branding, voice tuning, the greeting script, and the attract loop.
Gate: Working avatar in a review environment
-
03Week three
Validation and deployment
We test against a question bank, with one revision cycle included. Then hardware provisioning, calibration, and burn-in. We simulate the show floor: audio under noise, and edge failover checked by cutting the cloud connection, then restoring it. Staff training runs under an hour. On site, setup takes under 30 minutes.

The questions a VP actually asks
Asked and answered.
What stops it from saying something wrong?
Two layers. First, accuracy. Answers come only from your approved content. The avatar does not improvise from the open internet. Off-scope questions go to a human rep, and every conversation is logged.
Second, brand safety under attack. The governance module checks every prompt for injection and jailbreak attempts before it reaches the model. It scores input and output against thresholds you set and records everything in the audit trail. At a show, the risk is not a slightly imperfect answer. It is a thirty-second video of your avatar saying something you would never say. Governance is the difference between an attempt and an incident.
Show wifi is unreliable.
Agreed, loudly. That is why the system is cloud-first with automatic edge fallback. The laptop in the crate holds the knowledge base and runs the avatar locally when the connection drops. When the connection recovers, it returns to cloud and syncs the logs. Edge mode is continuity of service, not an identical experience. We still recommend a dedicated hotspot as good practice.
Our IT will never approve it.
It runs on a self-contained laptop. There is no integration with your systems and no corporate network access required. It works on show floor wifi or a dedicated hotspot.
Is this a gimmick?
It is measurable: dwell time, conversation volume, qualified handoffs, and post-show question analytics. We propose the measurement plan before the show, not after.
Will it feel strange?
The personas are designed and tested for booth use. This is not a synthetic replica of a real person unless you commission one.
What happens after the show?
Lobby, executive briefing center, showroom, regional roadshows. The same crate works the calendar, and cost per deployment falls every time it ships.
